About us – Urdal Services AS

Urdal Services AS is a well renowned and quality focused company that was established in 1974. We provide engineering services within machine technical fields, and we have worked for the most part with mechanical and offshore industry providing the following services:

• Testing and certification of all types of cranes and lifting equipment for both land, sea and offshore industries.
• Weighing of heavy modules with calculation of centre of gravity location.

In the later years, we have established our own laboratory where we perform calibration services and production testing. We can also provide these services “on-site” upon clients request.

Based on our experience as an enterprise of competence, with laboratory testing, and within the field of sensor technology – we have begun development of a new area expertise: sensorbased monitoring of large structures.
